Holbrook, MA 3rd Alarm Belcher St.

HRECC Transmitted Holbrook Box 141 with Engine 2 & Ladder 1 responding for a reported house fire about 01:10 hr's. Engine 2 arrived and had heavy fire and smoke showing from a 2 1/2 story wood frame house with people trapped. A Working Fire was transmitted with Randolph Engine 2 responding. Holbrook Chief arrived and struck a 2nd alarm with Abington Engine 2, Brockton Engine 7and Braintree Ladder 2 due. Crews stretched several lines to the interior and attacked the fire and search for occupants. Two residents were located and removed to local hospitals. Crews continued an interior operation as the fire spread to the 2nd floor and attic. Over the next hour Brockton Ladder 4, Weymouth Engine 2, Stoughton Engine 1 and Whitman Engine 243 were dispatched to the scene. The fire was put under control about 03:30 hr's.
