New Bedford, MA Box 3-422 1283 Acushnet Ave

Box 422 was sent from Headquarters after receiving several call for a fire. Engines 8, 7, 9 Ladders 4 and 1 were dispatched along with Units 1 and 2. Unit 2 arrived and reported a working fire in 2 building and ordered crews to set up master streams. A 2nd Alarm was quickly transmitted with Engine 1 and Ladder 3 due. The fire quickly spread thru both building and a defensive attack was used. The 3rd Alarm was struck with Engines 3 and 6 dispatched.
