Middleboro, MA 3rd Alarm Wareham St

About 18:00 hr's Middleboro Engine 1 was dispatched for a possible building fire in the center of town. As calls came Engine 1 reported 2 buildings on fire and requested a 2nd alarm. Plymouth County Control was notified and dispatched Lakeville Engine 1, Carver Engine 2 and Bridgewater Tower 1. Command reported heavy fire in 2 -2 story woodframe buildings. A 3rd alarm was quickly struck as the fire extended thru out the structures. Halifax Tower 1, Wareham Engine from station coverage. Middleboro Tower 3 set up on Wareham St , Bridgewater Tower 1 set up in the rear with Lakeville Engine 1. Carver Engine 2 hooked up the a hydrant on Main St and feed the Middleboro Tower. An Engine from Raynham was special called to assist with water supply. Crews worked for over an hour to bring the blaze under control. This was the 3rd fire in town in the last 2 days.
