Canton, MA 3rd Alarm Boathouse Rd.

At 23:25 Canton FAO Struck Box 9 for a reported fire dwelling fire. Engines 3, 4 and Ladder 1 with Car 5 responding. Firefighters found smoke showing from 4100sq foot single family house at the end of a cul-de-sac with limited access and water supply. A 2nd alarm was quickly transmitted at 23:30, with Stoughton Engine 4, Norwood Engine 4, Milton Engine 1 as RIT, Sharon Ladder 1 and Foxboro Rescue 27 responding. The fire took control the entire attic area as Ladder 1 set up the ladder pipe. Several hand line were deplyed in the rear yard to attempt to knock down the fire. Westwood Engine 2 , Avon Tower 1 covered Station 1, with Randolph Engine 2 was sent to Station 2. A 3rd Alarm was transmitted at 00:33 hrs with Westwood Engine 2, Randolph Engine 2 and Avon Tower 1 responded from the cover assignments. Easton Engine 11, Dedham Ladder 1 covered Station 1 and Walpole Engine 3 covered Station 2.
