Brockton FAO transmitted Box 2123 for a reported fire in the cellar of a 1 story taxpayer type building. Engines 2, 4, Sqaud A and Ladder 2 with car 56 responded. Ladder 2 reported smoke showing from an outside electrial conduit. Crews entered the cellar with CO2 extinguishers to control the fire in an electral panel. National Grid was called to terminate the power to the building. One hand was also stretched. The fire was confined to the panel,
