Taunton, MA 2nd Alarm High St.

Taunton Engines 1,3, 4, Ladder 2 and Car 2 responded to a cellar fire and reported smoke showing. As crews entered the build they found the fire had already spread to the 2nd floor and heading for the attic. Car 2 requested another Engine respond with Engine 5 due. The fire quickly moved thru the entire building and Command then transmitted a 2nd Alarm and Engine 9 responded. The fire broke thru the roof and members were ordered out of the building. An engine from Dighton was special called to asssit. It took about 2 hours to finally knock the fire down. Norton, Berkley and Raynham covered the city.
