Fall River, MA W/F Quarry St 3/31/2016

Fall River Communications transmitted Box 1141 for reported smoke in a 3 story woodframe 6 family tenament. Engine 9 arrived to find fire on the 3rd floor and stretched a line. Crews found fire extending into the attic and make an attack and stopped the fire before taking hold of the attic area. Several people were removed from the building and treated at area hospitals. Engines 9, 4, 2 Ladders 4 & 2 and Rescue 1 responded. Engine 5 was special called as were all city EMS Rescues as well as 2 mutual aid Rescues.
