Box 1235 was transmitted for a reported house fire. Deputy Chief Kenney in Car 56 arrived first and reported a fire on the 3rd floor. Crews advanced a line up the rear stairwell to the fire floor and quickly knocked down the fire. Engines 5, 4, 3, Ladder 2 were assigned on the Box Alarm.
