Brockton, MA 2nd Alarm Legion Pkwy

Box 1312 was transmitted sending Squad A, Engine 11 ( running as Ladder 1), Engine 4, Engine 12 ( running as Tower 1) and Ladder 2 along with Acting DC Kerr in Car 56 as the FAO received several calls reporting a fire in a taxpayer. FF's arrived to find fire and smoke showing. A Second Alarm was transmitted as smoke was observed in the ajoining stores. Engine 7 as RIT, Engine 5 and East Bridgewater Tower 1 responded on the 2nd Alarm. FF's opened the roof and ceilings and found no extension. FYI Ladder 1 is out of service for scheduled maintenance and Tower 1 is out of service due to a blown engine and other mechanical issues and will not be retuning to service. Also the city does not have a spare ladder to use.
