Brookline, MA 4th Alarm 1/16/2012

About 09:15 Brookline Fire struck Box 35 for a reported bldg fire at 1471 Beacon St. 1st due companies reported heavy smoke showing from a 4 story brick tenament with people in the building. Heavy fire was found on the 1st floor and extending up. Crew made an attempted to cut off the fire but it had already made it's way to the top floor. 4 alarm were sounded bringing apparatus from several cities to assist. FF's worked for about 2 hours to knock down the fire.
