A Box Alarm was transmitted for a fire on the roof of a 3 story woodframe occupied tenement. Arriving crews found fire showing at the roof line. Two lines were stretched to quickly knock down the fire. Squad A, Engines 3,4 and Tower Ladder 1 responded.
