somerville, MA 2nd Alarm 11/15/2011

Shortly after 11:00 a.m. on 11/15 Somerville FAO transmitted Box 122 for a report of a house fire on Higgins Ct. Engine 3 arrived to find heavy fire in a 2 1/2 wdfr house with several houses on Pinckney St. with the siding melting off. Several big lines were used to knock down the heavy overlapping fire and protect the exposures. Somerville Engines 3,2,1,6 and 7, Ladders 2,3, Tower 1 and Rescue 1 responded with M/A from Cambridge Engine 5 and Boston Engine 32 to the fire.
