Elm Cir Brockton MA

Brockton MA reported a house fire on Elm Cir September 3, 2008, only a few blocks from my house, and 1st due compnies reported smoke showing. Squad A crew attemped to reach the 2nd floor but encounted heavy heat and waited for Ladder 1 members to open the roof to make the fire room.
